No Guarantee of Code Functionality
(a) General Disclaimer: While we strive to provide a reliable and accurate service, we do not guarantee that the generated code will always work as intended. (b) AI Database Generation: The AI functionality used to generate databases is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the generated databases.
Refund Policy
(a) Refund Eligibility: Due to the nature of the service, refunds are only available in cases of technical issues with the payment process or as otherwise required by applicable law. (b) Refund Requests: Refund requests related to technical payment issues must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date. Contact our customer support team at support@code99.io to initiate a refund request.
Cancellation Policy
(a) Cancellation of Subscription: You may cancel your subscription to Code99 at any time. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise specified in these terms.
